About Us
Our company started with us (Mom, Christine and daughter, Kimberly) making pickles for family and friends. Over the years, it was suggested that we sell Christine's pickles, since they were "So Good." Then, one day we came upon a little farmers market in Coventry, CT (Coventry Regional Farmers Market) and on our first day at the market we sold out of our pickles in just 10 minutes. That is how Christine's Country Kitchen began.
Since then, not only has the market grown, we have too! Every year we expand our product line and create new flavors. We look forward to seeing you at the market.
*Note: All of our pickles are either made in crocks or are cold processed (made without heat and vacuumed sealed) which means you must refrigerate the pickles as soon as you get them home. If they are not refrigerated, they are still good to eat but will lose their crispness and flavor.
